What is the process after registering?

After registering for the program as a contractor, you will receive an email from our team within 2-3 business days letting you know if you qualify for the program(s) you applied to. After receiving approval and attending a mandatory training session, you will become a part of the Dominion Energy Contractor’s network. Your company will be listed among the qualified contractors to complete projects that are eligible for the Dominion Energy Conservation Program’s Rebates.

How long does it take to process the rebate and receive payment once the paperwork has been submitted?

All participants of the Dominion Energy Conservation Program should allow up to 90 days from the date all of the required information is received to process the rebate.

How can customers participate in these programs?

Customers can visit domsavings.com to learn more about our wide variety of energy conservation programs and how they can participate.

How can I sign up to become a participating contractor?

Please fill out the application form on dom-vendor.com. Once our team receives your application, a program coordinator will reach out with an update on the status of your application within 2-3 business days. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to attend a mandatory onboarding orientation.

How are the savings calculated?

Energy Savings for the Dominion Energy Conservation Programs are calculated with formulas from Technical Reference Manuals.

What are the terms and conditions for the Trade Ally Production Rewards program?

The Production Rewards program is only available to full status participating contractors. You can find the Terms and Conditions here.
