Building Automation
As a participating contractor, you can help customers earn rebates by engaging with the Building Automation program before your start a new project.

Building Optimization
As a participating contractor in the Building Optimization program, you will upgrade customer’s previous equipment in order to enhance their facility.
The program offers many benefits to the customers including:
- Delivering a comprehensive audit of their building energy control equipment in order to identify an opportunity to reduce energy use
- Reducing system waste
- Providing financial incentives that help to offset the cost for installing the recommended improvements

Compressed Air Systems
As a participating contractor in the Non-Residential Compressed Air Systems Program you’ll install compressed air energy efficiency improvements in your customer’s facility. Some of the available program measures include compressed air leak repair, no-loss condensate drains, efficient VSD compressors, and cycling refrigerant dryers. The energy efficiency improvements offer many benefits including:
- Facility assessment and improvements scheduled at the customer’s convenience that reduce energy use and can save the customer money on electric bills
- More efficient use of the customer’s facility’s compressed air systems, reducing system waste
- Financial incentives that help to offset cost for installing the recommended improvements

Data Server Room Program
As a participating contractor in the Non-Residential Data Server Room Program, you will identify and install various energy efficiency measures related to the equipment in and the operation of data centers.
The program offers many benefits to the customer including:
- Improving PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness)
- Financial Incentives to help offset the cost of implementing the recommended improvements.
- Audit Assistance to identify qualifying measures, including a free energy audit from program staff or reimbursement if done with a participating contractor.

Heating & Cooling Efficiency
The Non-Residential Heating and Cooling Efficiency Program provides incentives for upgrading existing or installing new energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Customers can receive rebates for installing qualifying energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment in non-residential facilities.

- Reduction in energy use that can save your customers money on electric bills
- A more comfortable working environment for employees
- A more appealing atmosphere for customers

Lighting Systems and Controls
The Non-Residential Lighting Systems & Controls Program provides incentives for upgrading existing or installing new energy-efficient lighting and lighting controls, such as occupancy sensors. Customers can receive rebates for installing qualifying energy-efficient lighting in non-residential facilities.

- Reduction in energy use that can save your customers money on electric bills

New Construction
The Non-Residential New Construction Program provides design recommendations and rebates to qualifying facility owners for installing energy-efficient measures in new construction, addition, or extensive renovation projects. Only general contractors in charge of the entire scope of a project are eligible for this program. Eligible building types include small and medium-sized offices, stand-alone retail shops, and outpatient health care facilities.
This energy efficiency program offers many benefits including:
- In-depth and customized analysis of new construction project during the design phase to provide recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades
- Building energy simulation models to allow for “bundles” of measures to be tested for potential energy savings gains from interactive effects
- Financial analysis of energy efficient measure options to help with decision making in design
- A more comfortable and energy efficient environment for employees and customers
- Financial incentives that help to offset cost for installing the recommended improvements
- Energy efficient design choices that can be made at the beginning of the project which will save energy for years to come, avoiding costly retrofits later

Office
As a participating contractor in the Non-Residential Office Program, you’ll be able to make improvements to your customer’s office’s energy management system. Some of the available program measures include lighting and HVAC equipment scheduling, night temperature setback, and supply air temperature reset.
The energy efficiency improvements offer many benefits including:
- Facility assessment and measure installs scheduled at the customer’s convenience that reduce energy use and can save the customer money on electric bills
- More effective use of the customer’s facility’s energy management system, providing a comfortable environment for employees and customers
- Financial incentives that help to offset cost for installing the recommended improvements

Prescriptive Enhanced
As a participating contractor in the Non-Residential Prescriptive Enhanced Program, you’ll be able to make energy efficient improvements to your customer’s facility, such as duct testing and sealing, HVAC system tune-up, refrigeration system and commercial kitchen appliance upgrades.
These energy-efficient improvements offer many benefits including:
- Properly sealed duct and air distribution system can eliminate hot and cold spots in the customer’s facility
- Efficient heating and cooling systems can provide a more comfortable environment for the customer’s employees and customers
- Efficient refrigeration system and kitchen appliances can reduce energy use and save the customer money in the long run

Window Film
As a participating contractor in the Non-Residential Window Film Program you’ll install window film on your customer’s windows. Based on data provided by the International Window Film Association (IWFA), this can significantly lower the solar radiation admitted through the windows, offering many benefits including:
- Reducing annual energy usage by 4.7%, helping the customer save money
- Blocking 99% of harmful ultraviolet rays from entering through windows while protecting the customer’s employees, clients and furniture/furnishings from damaging effects caused by the sun
- Improving tenant comfort by blocking up to 84% of solar energy (heat) gain admitted through windows that would normally pass through untreated glass, while reducing cooling costs through improved HVAC efficiency
- Reducing disruptive glare and the need for interior lighting after closing blinds and drapes to block sun’s excessive UV rays
- The customer can receive a return on their investment in 2-5 years, depending on the window film installed and the building's existing attributes
