All Dominion Energy’s DSM III rebate programs in Virginia will be closing on December 28, 2018. They include the Non-Residential Heating and Cooling Efficiency, Non-Residential Lighting Systems and Controls, and Non-Residential Window Film Programs.
Thank you for choosing to participate in Dominion Energy’s Contractor Network and offering energy conservation rebate programs to our customers. These rebate program are usually offered for a limited time and will be closing on December 28, 2018.

There are a few critical dates you need to know, which are summarized in the table below.

The last day for contractors to perform rebate eligible work for all DSM III programs is December 28, 2018. No rebates will be issued for projects performed after December 28, 2018.
All rebate applications must be submitted or postmarked by February 11, 2019 to be considered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all rebate requirements are met for the rebate to be successfully processed.
All rebates will be processed and paid out by March 29, 2019. No rebate incentives will be issued after March 29, 2019.
Applicants will be notified of outstanding issues and must send in resolution such as missing rebate information to Honeywell by February 28, 2019 in order to complete rebate processing.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to assure that all requirements for the rebate are met. Failure to provide any of the required information by February 28, 2019 could result in non-payment.

All full status participating contractors are eligible to participate in the Co-op Advertising Program when they promote the Non-Residential Window Film program in Virginia but the ads can only be in market or distributed until October 31, 2018.
The Non-Residential Heating and Cooling Efficiency and Lighting Systems and Controls programs are not eligible for co-op reimbursements.
Contractors must submit all outstanding Co-op Expense Forms along with additional materials by November 30, 2018 to Adeline Heng.
Payment will be made to contractors within four to six weeks from November 30, 2018, the last submission date for all Co-op Expense Forms.
Production rewards will continue through December 2018. Participating contractors who have achieved their monthly milestones in the Non-Residential Window Film Program in 2018 will receive gift cards on a quarterly basis. Gift cards for production in the fourth quarter will be distributed by end January 2019.
