Dominion Virginia Power's Non-Residential Duct Testing and Sealing Program promotes testing and general repair of poorly performing duct and air distribution systems in non-residential facilities. Qualifying customers will receive a rebate upon completion of work.
The Non-Residential Duct Testing and Sealing Program program is closed to new participants. To be eligible for a rebate, the service must have been completed by a participating contractor by December 24, 2016 and the rebate application must be either postmarked or submitted online by February 7, 2017.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all additional requested documents are submitted along with your application package for the rebate to be successfully processed.

This program is open to Dominion Virginia Power non-residential customers who have a demand of 10 megawatts or less and have not opted out of participation. Customers must be responsible for their own electric bill and either be the owners of the buildings or be able to secure permission from the building owner to have the existing facility’s duct and air distribution systems tested and repaired. Eligible systems include air handlers, air intake, return & supply plenums and any connecting ductwork.
Qualifying non-residential customers will receive a rebate based on the unit size of their A/C cooling equipment.

Please allow up to 90 days from the date all required information is received to process your rebate. Payment will be issued to the account holder and mailing address on record with Dominion — unless the customer has authorized the rebate to be paid to the contractor.
It is the responsibility of the customer to assure that all requirements for the rebate are met. Failure to provide any of the required information will delay processing of your application and could result in non-payment.
